PLANTS AND THEIR SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Contrary to traditional wisdom and preconceived ideas, great quantities are not necessary for plant properties to be effective.

Plants act slowly and deeply. You should therefore favour a regular longterm use, rather than quantity. The result will be even more powerful and effective.

It should also be noted that any cure involving plants should be time-limited, generally ten days per month for 2 or 3 months, and renewed twice a year.

A spring cleansing cure for example lasts 21 days. This delay is sufficient necessary to treat all skin tissues and kick-start the detoxifying body organs (liver, intestines, kidneys and sweat glands) into eliminating toxins.

Be aware that if your liver or kidneys are already overworked by medications, excessive alcohol consumption or other, you should avoid overstressing them by spacing out your diuretic plant absorption to once every 2 to 3 days.

Every precaution should be taken for people who are fragile or subject to certain diseases (diabetes, gout, nervous disorders, cardiac irregularities, renal insufficiencies...).

Pregnant women and young children should never take plants without first seeking medical advice.

If used wisely, plants are formidable weapons in your health & well-being arsenal!

Conservation

Our plants and herbs have a Best Before Date specifying the optimal duration of each product. This date assumes optimal conservation away from light, dust, air, heat and moisture.

Kraft paper bags and glass jars stored in a dark cupboard are best as some plants react adversely to metals.
