Description
Erica cinerea, Ericaceae family
Bell Heather is found in a variety of habitats, including heathland, open woodland and even coastal areas. The dark purple-pink, bell-shaped flowers appear between July and September and contain arbutoside and ursolic acid which aid elimination and calm joint pains and inflammations of the urinary tract.
Use & Special precautions

Preparation: 40 g (1 handful) per litre of water, 10 min decoction. Drink up to 4 times a day.
Properties and beneficial combinations
- detoxifies: 10 min decoction with cherry tails, 20 g of each plant per litre. Drink up to 4 times a day.
- calms inflammation: alternate the decoction of Bell Heather with an infusion of Meadowsweet, 5 g (one tablespoon) per cup, infuse 10 min, drink between meals. Rub painful areas with our Arthro'arôm Rheumatic Complex.
