- Fennel seeds soothe heartburn (gastric acidity) whilst promoting intestinal transit. Fennel is known for its calming properties (promotes sleep) and its benefits on the respiratory tract.
- Verbena is also indicated for difficult digestion, nausea and stomach aches. Also helps to regulate menstrual disorders.
- Star anise stimulates digestion whilst limiting bloating and intestinal spasms.
And there you have it. The perfect blend of plants for digestive disorders!
Use & Special Precautions

To prepare an infusion add 1 tablespoon (about 5 g) per cup of water (25-30 cl) and steep for 5 minutes. Drink at the end of each meal but do not exceed 3 cups a day.
For best use of this product, we advise you to store it in a glass jar and to mix well before infusing.
