1 – Confirmation of your order:

Insofar as it is possible, any order that has been validated before 12 o'clock (noon) is dispatched the same day. An order is ‘confirmed’ as soon as payment has been processed:

- for payments by TELEPHONE, CC or PAYPAL: the order is prepared and readied for dispatch upon confirmation of payment by the competent services.

- for payments by cheque or bank transfer: the order is prepared and readied for dispatch upon receipt of the cheque or wire transfer.

2 – Processing of your order:

Once prepared and insofar as it is possible, your order is carefully packaged and shipped the same day by Colissimo, then delivered to the address you have indicated. A signature will be required for high value orders.

Please note that you are able to change your delivery address between orders should you wish to do so.

3 – Delivery of your parcel:

The shipping time is computed from the moment we deliver your parcel to La Poste. The lead time is 48 hours and is counted in working days for shipments throughout mainland France. In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notification will be left in your letter-box. The delivery notification details the date and time of the missed delivery as well as the post office branch from which you can collect the parcel. Be sure to check that your parcel has not been damaged before signing the notice of receipt or you will have no further recourse to make a claim.

4 - A practical example:

You place an order before noon on a Wednesday with payment by credit card. The payment is validated by BNP MERCANET. Your order is prepared, packaged and shipped the same day by Colissimo. You receive your delivery 48h later (Metropolitan France) in accordance with La Poste’s delivery commitments.

This means that you will receive your parcel on the following Friday.

5 – Late or missing delivery:

If 8 working days have elapsed since receiving a delivery confirmation email and you have yet to receive a parcel or a delivery notice, we advise you to check with your local post office or Colissimo branch before contacting us: often-times your parcel will be there waiting for you!

You can track your package and check the status of your shipment at any time on the Colissimo website by indicating the parcel number which you may find in the delivery confirmation email that we sent you.
